Equipment introduction 

  Spray tower has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, small gas pressure drop, and will not block.At present, it is widely used in the wet waste gas treatment system.Its main feature is full openness.No internal facilities other than spray nozzles.The nozzle is the main accessory of the spray tower. It is required that the nozzle can provide small and even size droplets for the effective operation of the spray tower.

  A spray tower consists of an empty tower and a set of nozzles for spraying liquid.Generally, the gas enters from the bottom of the tower and evenly distributes through the gas distribution system and then goes up through the entire equipment.And at the same time by one or multi-stage nozzle spray liquid, gas and liquid droplets countercurrent contact, after purification of gas defog from the top of the tower discharge.

Application

Acid gas: sulfuric acid, HLC, nitric acid, HF etc.

Alkali gas: NAOH, KOH, NHS etc.

Organic gas: benzenes, alcohols, phenols.

Suitable for the instrumentation, electrode position, metallurgy, chemical industry, electronic machinery and other industrial acid gas purification treatment. It can also be applied to the treatment of exhaust gas containing mercury, lead and other harmful substances.
